Help Us Improve Kidney Care – Take Our Survey!
We’re inviting people living with chronic kidney disease (CKD) or on dialysis (haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis) to take part in an important study.
We’re using a survey called SONG-Life Participation (SONG-LP) to better understand how kidney disease affects daily life. This measure has already been tested in kidney transplant patients, and now we want to ensure it works well for people with CKD and those on dialysis.
What’s involved?
✔️ Complete a short online survey at three time points: now, in one week, and in 12 months
✔️ Each survey takes about 15 minutes
✔️ You’ll need to provide an email address (to receive the survey) and your name (for consent)
✔️ Open to adults 18+ who speak English
This study has been approved by The University of Sydney’s Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC).
Your input will help improve how we measure and address the impact of kidney disease on daily life.
