2016 Research Forum

BEAT-CKD two-day Inaugural Research Forum

The inaugural BEAT-CKD open Research Forum was held Wednesday 31st August to Thursday 1st September 2016 at the Darlington Centre, The University of Sydney, Australia.

This national meeting brought together 69 patients, clinicians, and researchers with an interest in research in chronic kidney disease to discuss and develop novel, innovative, high-priority, and high-impact research to improve health outcomes in people with chronic kidney disease. A massive thank you to all the presenters and delegates for the stimulating and insightful discussions covering a range of topics including clinical trials, registries, data linkage, statistics, systematic reviews, implementation, guidelines, and consumer engagement.
